It's meant to be like the light from a passing train flying across a bare, dusty storage room late at night.
This took way too long
IF THE ANIMATION IS TOO SLOW: (a full cycle is ~3 seconds)
It's laggy for me in Firefox, so either
1. *cringe* open it in Internet Explorer, it's faster, or
2. download it and open w/ a picture viewer.
